Think of it as a monthly coffee adventure. We'll send you—or your loved one, if the subscription is a gift—a 12 oz. (3/4 lb) of coffee each month. The coffee will be one of our choosing, and will be different each month. It may be a Cup of Excellence coffee, a special auction lot coffee, or the coffee that we are really enjoying at the moment. Each subscription coffee comes with a letter with information about the coffee, where it was grown, how it was processed, and brewing suggestions.
Subscription coffee is roasted and shipped on the second Wednesday of each month.
if you're buying this subscription as a gift, please indicate in the notes field in the checkout if you would like the subscription to start in a particular month (we ship subscriptions the second Wednesday of the month). We're also happy to include a card in the first shipment with a custom note, or email you a certificate you can print out to give to your loved one. Just let us know the details and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Please choose a 3, 6, 12 or 18-month subscription before adding to cart. There are price discounts for the longer subscriptions, to entice you to stick with us longer.

Last year my nephew bought me a 6 month subscription for Christmas. It was my first time trying Transcend coffee. While I didn't love everything that showed up at my door, it was a lot of fun trying a new coffee each month.
Since then, I have come to enjoy and value the monthly addition to my coffee line-up. I appreciate the detailed bio sheet that comes with the coffee, so that I can learn more about the coffee and where it comes from. As I said before, I don't love every selection, but on the whole, the coffee is tasty, interesting and I am renewing my own subscriptions now. My nephew can by me a new grinder. -
