Story

The Mugaga Famers Cooperative Society is located near Karatina, in the Nyeri district in Central Kenya. The river Kingu supplies water for the region, Gravellea, Macadamia and Ecualyptus trees offer some shade for the coffee. The coffee grows in red volcanic loam soils which makes for longer ripening periods and results in rich complexity in the cup.
