There are several intriguing and inspiring people who work at Transcend. Many of them have made remarkable, significant, drastic sacrifices to walk on this road to better coffee.

But the Transcend tribe reaches far beyond the folks behind the bar or in front of the roaster. We are a community of friends, acquaintances, family, friends of friends, and complete strangers. We come together to explore and celebrate the most interesting beverage in the world. We share the diverse experiences, joys and frustrations that come from that exploration. We learn from each other. We eat and drink and laugh together.
