The Transcend Podcast

Written by James Schutz |  March 4, 2010

Twice a month, Poul explores the latest coffees, issues and home brewing techniques.

Back in July of 2009, we launched the Transcend Coffee video podcast. We had been hearing from lots of folks that they would love to learn more about coffee, but they hadn’t made it out to one of our coffee tastings, or they live outside of the Edmonton area. So we decided to put Poul in front of the camera and simply explore coffee.

We’ve deliberately kept the format and topics flexible. Sometimes we’ll cover a home brewing method, other times we’ll feature one of the farms we’ve visited and include photos and video from origin, or we’ll tackle a recent issue in coffee, or interview someone of notoriety in the specialty coffee industry.

We love getting feedback on the podcast and ideas for topics on future episodes. So please, post them here or send us an email. We’d really love to hear from you.

You can see all of our podcasts right here on our site or you can subscribe on iTunes and automatically download the latest episode directly to your computer or video iPod.
