Over half way on Day Three

Written by Poul Mark |  April 30, 2009
Well, we have cupped 27 coffees so far today, and have another 18 or so to go.  The last round was a bit tough for me as I was distracted by my stomach and back.  OK we have to get back at it now.  A long day, and then rest before the final 10 tomorrow.

James, that cup is probably just for spitting what you are cupping. The cup where you prepare your coffee should be made from glass per SCAA standards.

Is that a paper or plastic cup you have there? Is that allowed at COE? Or were you simply cupping your Pepsi between rounds?
