Our baristas receive a minimum of 40 hours of intense espresso and latte art training before they are ready to ‘challenge the bar exam’ and earn the privilege to serve you. We have implemented a multi-staged approach to training our staff which ensures that you receive the best possible quality when you visit one of our three cafes.

We use the very best equipment, including Synesso and Nuova Simonelli espresso machines, Clover one-cup-at-a-time coffee brewers, and top-of-the-line CIRQUA water filtration systems. We do everything we possibly can to make sure the coffee we serve you tastes its very best
